You seem a little quick to give up. Let's wait another week and see what happens. Maxis hasn't failed us yet. (Well, not with the Sporums, anyway.)

I just realized somethin'. Last post in the Open Thread was one of mine, and it ended with "so your life will not be complete." Weird, huh?

Yup. Drew it in pencil, lined it in pen, scanned it, increased contrast, colored it in (with the shading), separated the two, made the flags, then added the text, all in Photoshop CS5. If you want, I could make somethin' for ya; just ask first what you want.

Earlier today I saw that about 300 guests were online on the Sporum. Not sure if it means anything, but...

Guests can't post on the Sporum, only members can, to my knowledge.

The guests weren't posting on the Sporums. Also, I have seen that people have posted as Anonymous before, but that hasn't happened lately.

Well, I would assume those guests were other sporumers who had been forced out of logging in. Remember when the glitch started and at that point some of us could log in and some couldn't (myself included, stripped to watching threads, feeling like a ghost.) Anyways, I bet it might accept some accounts or maybe acounts made after the jam or some thing. I really want to find SMBB on some other place and find out how he's coping with it. I have no idea if he sees it as a holiday or as the apocolypse.

I wonder why EA or Maxis (or anyone else for that matter) hasn't posted any statement whatsoever on the Sporum being down. Hmm... I wonder if...

What is the conspiracy?

BTW, I posted a thread about the Sporum being down on the EA forums, but no one responded.

My god, KzhuRaptor, it all makes sense! I know exactly what has happened here!

You thought that EA was run by humans? No, good sir! Everyone there is secretly a Troodon, and the new recruits are dinosaur-ified. See, because they're freaking dinosaurs, eating crumpets and sticks of butter and such, the lights went out in the building, causing the machine that was powering the sporum to blow up. It froze, causing people with too much time on their hands, such as myself, to create conspiracy theories.

But in reality, THE TROODONS PLANNED IT ALL.

And some of the Troodons decided to open the Sporum on multiple machines to trick a person into thinking that the Sporum was going to be fixed soon, and that person happens to also be a conspiracy theorist with too much time on their hands (Okay, more like insane amounts of creativity)!

Something tells me the Sporepedia might be on its way out too. Yesterday anything I typed in to search for, even something I had already typed in and found, came up with "Sorry, no creations matching such and such could be found" and it's also been giving me internal server errors.

Heyy... At least "Browse" still works! (If only there were decent things in there...)

I'm not sure where would be a good place to tell EA about the Sporum and the Sporepedia.
