So, we have one race sheet ready, just needing a little editing, from JamesV00 on the Sporum, he says he won't edit it to the specifications until he's sure he can be active, which is good, then we have cardiackid and Sean10M
working on their sheets, and a future sheet from MobsterMania.
 
I'd say things are looking up, four race sheets which will, hopefully, soon become full-fledged member races, and more activity in this forum and the recruitment office.

One thing I think you should watch out for, though, is the presence of Sol/Earth in sheets as well as Spore. While we can use Earth creatures or languages to draw comparisons, help us describe, or tell the name of something, we don't want people saying their empire is "close to Sol, in the Orion spur/verge/whatever." This is Ravena, not the Milky Way, and Earth is kind of non canonical.

That's very true, we use Earth terms because it's the best way to describe something, we don't want humans showing up.

My race may be a very distantly relative to humans but be sure if you want to see humans your race will need to travel out of this galaxy and into the setting of my new adventure series that I'm still planning out. I will not be using them here thow. This is a felinite only party.

Although I may someday bring in the Zartoids.

Usually they just fade away from the plots, not being actually destroyed.

Not necessarily, they can simply be excluded from events, or even taken over by another member.

I literally did have one of my races destroyed, and then they kind of half-returned...but that was on purpose, and my own choice entirely.

Nice idea Vipora. Also what's with the points system you have here, what is it for?

Got established when the private forum just started, been like that ever since, I wasn't the one to determine it. I think points has to deal with people giving a good rating to your posts, or something, not entirely sure how that part works.

I believe points is supposed to be some kind of (useless) currency awarded for posting, and with a hightened rank more points are given per post.

OK, I much prefer a currency system that works so I can get rich.

OK so how do I make a character for an RP?

There is a character sheet in both of the OOCs for the RPs. Follow the form and viola, you have a character. I'd recommend joining Divided Paths.

Also, come to the chatbox down at the bottom fo the page if you can.

The only chatbox I see is the quick reply box.

I was just looking at the thing saying who has been connected during the last twenty-four hours, and we seem to have a new member. If his name means what it looks like, well. . . I think someone should tell him to change his name.

Now, we just need to find a way to incorporate the empires of returning/new members into the current story...
