If you mean leaderscreens, then you just make a picture of your leader doing something leaderlike. If you mean character models, then... we'll get to that.

As an added bonus, every city-state has semi-funny descriptions in the Civilopedia. I'll try to test this mod on friday, once I find out how to delete the vanila city-states.

Just now, I added two surprise city-states that you can only encounter ingame -- I'm not telling what.

Anyways, I've been playing Endless Space, and it seems like a perfect base. With properly placed events, I'm sure we could craft a plot to the mod

The idea's on hold because I have no material to work with. Seriously, I need your input.

Endless space is looking more and more desirable. I agree that it could be a great base for the mod. I'm trying to scrape up some cash to get a hold of it.

It's a very beautiful game I can give you that

Since my empire isn't one of the "major" ones, I don't need to have it here yet. I'm waiting for some vague progress like a prototype of a mod, the gameplay. Now... Is it possible to have scenarios in ES?

I'd say that it's still a thing. However, whether or not the mod will end up being a part of Civ V is debatable. I have recently bought endless space (and I have to say, is awesome!), and it looks ice a nice possible at for for the mod.

That being said, whether or not the Civ mod becomes a thing, enjoy your new game. It's freaking awesome. Besides, there's an enormous fan base and a nearly unending stream of mods from the community.

Savor it.

Welp. Just incase this thing is ever finished for Civ V. I'ma post this.

Demonym: Nisipian
Civilization Colors: Yellow and a sandy kind of color.

Unique Ability - Voluntas
-Citizens and Cities do not produce unhappiness and instead produce happiness.
-If someone captures a Nisipian city, said city's Resistance will last for triple the population in that city.

Unique Unit - Sand Crawler
-Replaces the Chariot Archer
-Requires only 45 production to build. Regardless of Game Speed.
-Moves four tiles instead of two if on open terrain.

Unique Building - Arena
-Replaces Colosseum
-Provides 2 Production instead of 2 Happiness.

Unique Improvement - Small Factory
On Desert Tiles
+2 Production
+1 Food
+1 Culture

Also, I think bias should be included. Though you could probably guess the bias for this would be Desert.

I've got one for this. I don't know if its still happening but I thought I'd post it anyway.

Kar'Geualiea Imperium
Leader: Vortei
Demonym: mongolian
Colours: red border with a dark grey interior  (so not to confuse with barbarians. If barbarians aren't added it would be black.)

UA: Unrelenting horde- +1 production from all sources -10% growth

UU: Drudger- replaces infantry. Upon completion or purchase, receive three copies of the unit. Lower maintenance than infantry, same strength and same cost

UU-2: Manaclaw cruiser- replaces frigate. Does not require iron and costs 50% less production. Is slightly weaker than the frigate.

Unique improvement- desert enducer- can be built anywhere and provides plus 1 food, production, culture, gold and +25% defence for units. Available at economics.


I really hope this is still a thing, an avid civ 5 player myself.
