Just inside the gates of the main Jorro’kil colony of Xijurolt…

Three Jorro’kil civilians stood looking at the gray clouds. The loudspeakers spoke “INCOMMING METEOR SHOWER.” The shields suddenly rose overhead and many large rocks came raining down, then were deflected by the blue shields. Suddenly a huge green spark lit up over in the horizon and fell from the heavens down to the rocky, grassless wasteland mountains. A loud explosion was heard as the ground shook for about five seconds and then stopped.

“Help! Is anyone out there! They’re everywhere! Come in! This is General Olbix of the Jorro’kil! Is anyone there! Please send help! Our coordinates are 4830 at mark 8! Help! They’ve got the citizens! Help! AAAAAAHHHHH!”

The city of Xijurolt was destroyed by Karthla… Only three more cities remain… however we do not know if they are damaged yet…

Welcome to Apocalypse! This is one of the most tragic RG stories to find. It is also one of the most gruesome and gory. You are either a Jorro’kil or a Karthla. If you are a Jorro’kil, you start off either with another squadron of troopers, or in the city of Jilvos. Jilvos is almost completely destroyed from a Karthla attack but not entirely. Only one transmition made it to the Jorro’kil and all of the transmitions on the planet have been jammed by Karthla override technology. Now you must fight the Karthla in order to survive. You must scavenge to find food and water. Planet Darnil is barren and cold. It has no plant life on it at all, making it very difficult for you to survive. However, your city still has some food supplies left. Take as much with you as possible. The goal is to get to the other cities, find some way to destroy the Karthla Raid Pod infecting the planet, and escape the planet before a Karthla Overlord ship arrives.

History: Neoma has spent most of her life as a Varboresk. She was a natural-born Karthla, and takes pride in her long lineage, which is free of pod-grown Karthla. This is not because her lineage is any nobler, but because it will likely lengthen her lifespan, allowing her to serve her people longer, and carry on her own bloodline.

Personality: Neoma is an incredibly motherly Karthla, being a Varboresk. She rarely leaves her housing stalk, as she prefers to keep a close eye on her eggs and young hatchlings. She is loyal to her people, but will abandon them for the sake of her children’s survival. She will go to great lengths to protect those that she loves. This is very unusual, as most Karthla are vicious and cruel.

History: Xartex was the favourite child of an above averagly caring mother. But not for usual reasons. She preferred him because of his knack for torture. She would usually find him mutilating the still live karthla drones he grew up with. When Xartex gained more independence, he became a prized torturer among the karthla fathers, being requested to 'interrogate' prisoners or to drive slaves for them. He would ask for nothing in return. As he aged, Xartex began to work for different fathers for longer periods of time. Eventually, the various karthla he met gained a deep seated fear of him and Xartex gained a reputation for his atrocities. Now Xartex has joined in the current attack as he saw potential for an extremely good time.

Appearance:

This is a varbresh's basic appearance but Xartex sticks out by being taller then the average Varbresh, having much longer tentacle/whips then most and having darker eyes.
Personality: Xartex is probably one of the cruelest karthla in current invasion. He spends way too much time torturing prisoners. Sometimes for information but mostly just for fun. Xartex realises that he isnt the highest ranked karthla but will happily follow orders. Mostly because orders involve torture or killing. Fear and guilt are foreign concepts to him. After an attack, Xartex will tend to take a team of karthla drones into the wreckage and capture any survivors. Just for fun.

History: Xhuune has been serving the Military for almost eleven years. He is a veteran of ground battles, and has been promoted to Officer Major for his years of faithful service.

Personality: Xhuune is a fighter, but, is saddened by losses of innocents. He feels the waste of life when others of his race are killed. He will fight fiercely for the Jorro'kil, whenever he can.

History: Xorti was born on The planet and grew up there. After he enlisted in the Jorro'kil military, he grew through the ranks with remarkable speed. His skills pointed him in the direction of the hunter. Amazing stealth, tracking skills and exceptional close combat skills. But after the death of his father, Xorti grew distant. He stopped talking to fellow Jorro'kil and only to himself or his ai built into his armour.
Personality: Xorti is a very reclusive JL. He dosent work in a team but instead hunts solitarily. Nonone really knows him. He has hidden depths, but it's probably a bad idea to fish around in them. Some people think he has royal blood in him. But that is false. He is just a very dignified person. Xorti has a passion for survival.

Appearance: Xorti is a midsize JL of medium build. His eyes are darker then most and his feathers more tidy. Xorti has very sharp yet neat claws and relatively small feet. Xorti wears powered armour with a built in AI that he talks to when he is lonely. Most notably though, Xorti has no ranged weaponry. He only uses energy claws and blades. But he is very quiet so this isn't a problem. Xorti has painted his armour a purplish colour so he can blend in with Karthla.

Species: Jorro'kil
Gender: Male

History: Kau'Xen joined he Military when he was 20, and trained in the Infantry division for a while. However, this changed when his studies of Aircraft, ships and mortar tech led him to design a new type of Mortar. This mortar would be small and disc-like. When launched from a cruiserinto the atmosphere of a planet, a section of the mortar would fill with Air, activating an impact-sensitive fuse which would cause the explosion of the mortar when it hit the ground. After completing his design during his studies, he brought his mortar to the Military's Ship Commitee. After looking over Kau'Xen's designs, they agreed to test it for him. The tests turned out to be very successful, with minor downsides. Not only was Kau'Xen given a promotion and given extra pay, but was also given the position of JFO. He worked very well as a Joint Fires Observer, and his coordination with air support led to many successful attacks.

Unfortunately, Kau'Xen is now in the near-hopeless fight, that is the Apocalypse. His training and skill will be invaluable in this fight.

History: While aware of the fact most others look down upon him for his lower middle class upbringing he is proud of what he is. He has always loved his parents, who for the most part are very supportive. sometime they get into the occational arguement though. That's probably why he's sometimme a hot head. Shortly after becoming old enough he decided he wanted to make a career of being in the military and decided to jon up. And he never made a better decition his entire life.

Personality: verl 'ligting is a hot head sometimes and he knows it. He goes to anger managment classes twice a week when not out on a mission for empire. most of the time he's a good enough guy. He like the play board game and enjoyes beating the crap out of the enimeys of the Jorro 'kil.

Aw....How come nobody wants to play as Jorro'kilz?

Because we pick the side that wins. I might, if I can be my JL sleeper agent. Might add an extra layer to the story if there is a traitor.

One other thing, might it be okay fi I said all the civilians in the last Colony were heading up to one of the two cruisers left above the planet, but the soldiers were going to stay and fight until the last?
