Irooscin, located in the Sev star system, is roughly one and a half times larger than earth. Irooscin is a tropical planet; 72% of the surface is covered in water. Many of the landmasses are small, and are spread out across the various oceans and seas on Irooscin's surface. Archipeligos are and islands are commonplace, as well. Most land contains rainforests, or, if in the north or far north, a temperate climate with humid subtropics, or humid continental. Some continents and other landmasses also have steppe and desert climates.

Irooscin possesses several large continents, most of which are southward, and almost all of which are in contact with the planet's equator.  Highland regions are present within these continents, in company with Irooscin's mountains.
 
The planet itself is overall warm, being (nigh unmeasurably) closer to its own sun than earth is to Sol. It has a rotation once every 36 hours. Every year contains roughly 333 days, which are divided into weeks and half-weeks. Weeks have six days, and half-weeks have three.
 
Territory and Areas of Influence: The Free Absolute's empire extends from the galactic sectors Revaut, through Pradum, Vorim, and up to Olmeta. Free Absolute-controlled galactic territory is more densely occupied near Irooscin, whereas colonies are spread thinnest near the edges of Free Absolute-influenced territory.

Anatomy
 
The Jorro'kil are upright, avian bipeds. Their external physical appearance consists largely of thin, tightly woven layers of small feathers covering much of their bodies. As Jorro'kil mature, most will develop striking, fan-like plumage on their lower arms. Feather color ranges from a light blue to navy blue. Underneath the feathers, the skin is a light shade of gray.

All Jorro'kil possess a beak. It has two stubby quills on the top of the upper mandible, with one at the forehead, and the other about halfway down the length of the beak. The end of the beak is sharply curved to form a hook-tip. The beak is less rigid around the edges, allowing usage along with the eyes for forming expressions, but it is hard on the upper mandible and bottom of the lower mandible. A Jorro'kil's beak is roughly twelve inches long. The brain is located at the very back of the beak in a large cavity atop the neck, inside of what is commonly thought of as the "head" of the Jorro'kil. The eyes are located on the join between the beak and the head, and are angled forwards, allowing for a relatively large field of view. They have narrow slit pupils, and very keen vision. Their hearing is only sufficient, as their ears are small holes at the sides of the head, several inches back from the eyes. Their sense of smell is also just sufficient, utilized through two small nares on the upper mandible.

Male Jorro'kil, or "Kils" as they are sometimes called, lack hair on the top of their head and upper mandible. It is, however, natural for females or "She-kils" to have quills coming from the middle-back of their beaks and extending across the top of their head. This is due to the formation of excess keratin, which occurs during gestation of the beak inside the egg. The extra keratin is then repurposed for use in the growth of quills.

They have two lungs which closely resemble that of a bird's, having air capillaries instead of alveoli. They have a single heart on the left side of their chest, and intestines similar to that of a human's, yet they also have three stomachs for digesting their food. The reason for these multiple stomachs is found in their lack of an equivalent for mouler teeth. Jorro'kil mouths have a jagged ridge which extends from the inner side of both the lower and upper mandibles of the beak; this ridge is purposed for biting and tearing, not for chewing. The stomachs therefore break down food swallowed whole or in large chunks. This system allows them to maximize the efficient extraction of nutrients, while disposing of unuseful parts of the food during excretion.
 
They are commonly very thin, but this is not a detriment to their strength, as they have exceptionally strong bones. This is due to a nutrient pouch located at the back of the neck, which gradually feeds calcium and other nutrients into the bones via vessels similar to those which lymph travels through. They also have extremely efficient parathyroid and calcitonin glands, to help regulate the calcium that enters the blood and bones, and to assist in the proper delivery of amounts of calcium from the pouch. Because of the plentiful veins connecting to the bones throughout a Jorro'kil's body, the complete destruction of the pouch would have catastrophic consequences to the body, including major nerve damage, and largely increased susceptibility to osteo diseases and issues. However, it also strengthens itself as the Jorro'kil ages, providing better durability. Later, in the teenage years, the pouch becomes severely depleted and must be replenished with large amounts of healthy, vitamin and mineral rich foods. This diet is not exclusive to the depletion period, as it is not odd for a Jorro'kil to eat much regularly, especially protein. Jorro'kil blood is purple due to the presence of cobalt, as well as iron, in the hemoglobin.

Jorro'kil are born with soft claws in their fingers, which gradually grow and become sharper, and harder, over time. These claws enable a kil to have a strong grip for climbing. Said claws can also be used in combat for fast slashes in close quarters.  Jorro'kil possess three fingers and one thumb on both hands.
 
Jorro'kil have digitigrade legs. This enables them to run quickly and reach large heights when jumping due to the increased potential power in their legs, as well as their powerful and resilient bones.

Jorro'kil feet have layers of thick hide which cover the bones of the foot, with the exception of three claws extending outward; one small claw extending from the back of the foot, and two more pointed directly forward at the front of the foot. Because of the tough skin on the exterior of the foot, a Jorro'kil can withstand very warm temperatures and tread on some sharp objects feeling little to no pain.
  
Most Jorro'kil stand from six to seven feet tall, but some grow to eight feet. Average weight for male Jorro'kil is 200-250 lbs, while average weight for a female Jorro'kil is around 180 lbs.

History and Culture
 
History: Jorro'kil history begins with an experiment by the Krathunians during the year 41,266. Using an advanced piece of machinery known as the Genesis Device, Krathunian scientists were able to create a new life form - the Jorro'kil. They were born sentient, and over the course of hundreds of years gradually developed into an advanced, albeit war-torn civilization.  The kil kind were driven by an aspiration to grow strong as a people, united in fellowship and mighty to be reckoned with. (still working on this)
 
Culture:

The Jorro'kil glorify their own might and the unity of their people, particularly the military. Within Jorro'kil culture, it is honored and commonplace for a large portion of the male population to join the Free Absolute's military forces. Females are also found in the military, albeit in mostly different roles. It has even been speculated that the military contains more individuals than the civilian population.  It is very common to see posters and propaganda for the might of the Jorro'kil military and empire throughout a colony, as well. It is not to say that everything is in some way military-related, for instance, Jorro'kil architecture is a simpler version of the modernist style, being smoothly designed and very streamlined. At first glance, their cities would not be any indication of a war-like society. Indeed, their cities and colonies are of elegant yet practical design, consistent with their fast development as a member of the galactic community.

The leaders of the Free Absolute are fiercely protective of their people. Since the threat of galactic war became real, the Free Absolute strove to sterilize the area which it needed to establish its now massive empire, and to protect its people. A remnant of these times are the Purists, who have become prominent within the last fifty years. The Purists are Kils who generally have had deep, psychological and emotional wounds caused by the acts of aliens, or were soldiers who found a deep-rooted hatred for the aliens that they fought. The Purists believe that all sentient alien life is inferior, a threat and menace, and must be exterminated. Their members range from mildly enthusiastic for their cause, to radical terrorists who are willing to kill even allied xenoforms to demonstrate their beliefs. All Purists oppose the Confederate Nations of Ravena to some degree, believing it to harm and soften the Free Absolute's strength and stature, as well as allowing alien populations to spread to Free Absolute colonies, an immigration which they greatly despise.
 
Jorro'kil clothing is usually simple, with unembellished upper and lower garments, made either from synthetic materials, or cloth. The only adorning features are emblems or extra layers of colored material, usually meant to signify choice of career.
 
Art is highly emphasized, in various forms. There are several large museums on Irooscin dedicated to ancient Jorro'kil art, as well as more recent works. War poetry is one of the major art forms within Free Absolute culture.

The Jorro'kil native language, 'Skiavec, is guttural, and consists mainly of vowels.

Each day, there are four standard meals, consisting of the equivalent to breakfast, lunch, a meal mainly composed of snacks, and dinner. Dinner is customarily eaten at a table with a cup or vase known as the "Honor Cup," which is filled with a purple liquid. The purple fluid inside signifies blood, and it is a memorial and honorable reference to all those who have served and are serving in the Jorro'kil Military.
 
A small sect of Jorro'kil practice a belief system known as "The Following of Personified Light." Within this religion, the Krathunians are thought of as having reached a god-like state, and are to be followed and obeyed, in return for helping the Jorro'kil to reach their own highest state. Outside of this, there are some followers of the Pact of Stone. Other than these two, the Jorro'kil practice no religion, although they could not be described as atheistic.

Government

The Jorro'kil Confederacy's government is known as the Free Absolute. The ruler, an emperor, rules for life (Unless he/she dies, or gives up the leadership) and can take complete control of the empire if need be, but is assisted by councils who control certain portions of power, including law regulations (which must go through the Emperor) and military matters. The Emperor and the councils, being convinced by historical events that a society given certain constant rights, along with laws which are strict but not prohibitive to daily life, is the most likely to obey and take pride in its government. The use of the aforementioned ideals has resulted in a very constructive and successful empire as a whole. Capitalism is the primary economic system in use by the Free Absolute.
 
There are four High Councils in the Jorro'kil Government, each of them residing in the Military's Resolute Complex on the Jorro'kil Homeworld, Irooscin. The first and most important Council assists the Emperor with law decisions, and military actions. On this council resides the highest ranking military figure besides the Emperor, a Five-Star General who has command of all Jorro'kil military forces, and is only outranked by the Emperor. Several Jorro'kil involved with political doctrine, relations with alien empires, and trading actions with said empires also reside on this council, along with Government operations leaders and economic authorities. The next three councils have similar, though lower-ranking individuals with varying duties in sustaining the Free Absolute's central government.
 
For every colony, a representative council presides over the population. These act as smaller versions of the councils on Irooscin, with similar positions. For certain actions taken by the original councils, the same actions are repeated by these colonial councils for the individual planets; these colonial councils also have the ability to judge and take action based on the individual needs of the population and planet, to avoid a potentially harmful act of generalization. There are also representative councils established for each major city on Irooscin. These cities have been deemed too far from Nexarz for it to be practical for civilian matters and other things to be brought before the High Councils.
 
Unlike the Emperor's rulership, several of the positions in the lower three councils do not last for life, and once every year a vote is taken, on whether the current occupants should stay, or be replaced by potential successors. This is the same for all colonial councils. Certain positions, such as those of the military leaders, are not voted upon.
 
The Free Absolute flag is a black, outstretched Jorro'kil hand, with a blue background; this emblem is meant to signify the natural power of a Jorro'kil.

Military Forces and Strategy
 
Military: Summary: The Jorro'kil Military is a large aspect of the Jorro'kil Confederacy's life and culture. It is massive, having many planets occupied solely by military forces.
 
The Jorro'kil Navy has three main fleets. The Fleet of High Justice, The Fleet of Glorious War, and the Fleet of Royal Defense. The third and last is primarily found within the inner colonies, protectors of the Homeworld Irooscin and the Fortress and Barrier worlds, dense defenses situated around Irooscin, Barrier Worlds coming first and Fortress Worlds coming second, and closest to Irooscin. They are highly defended and a rich military resource. The Fleet of Glorious War speaks for itself, being emploeyd mostly for war purposes. It is a very large fleet, though smaller than the primary fleet, High Justice. The Fleet of High Justice is a mix between diplomatic forces, and military forces, and as such it is the only fleet to carry ships designated specifically for diplomat work. It also has a number of ships primarily used by scientists for explorations of planets and other things.
A very powerful military force overall, the Free Absolute's power is not without its drawbacks. Because of their size, lack of all-around effective terraforming capabilities, and involvement in the many events in the various wars between the Dominion and other empires,  their territory is stretched thin in some places, and in others, very tattered and bruised.

Military Equipment

Combat Membrane (Power Armor)

Combat Membrane (Current Model Mk V) is the standard combat armor employed in every infantry class within the army and navy. It is made of a Titanium alloy for the outer layer, a nanocomposite undersuit layered beneath the outer armor components,  and several temperature-reactive metal slats, positioned at areas around the legs, arms, abdomen, and chest, designed to regulate body temperature by conducting body heat away from the wearer to a small AC unit within the armor, which adjusts the interior temperature and alloys the Jorro'kil's feathers to retain the proper amount of thermal energy.
 
The helmet structure for the armor contains three thin ellipsoid visors, metallic-blue in color, which perform various functions relating to the armor. The two visors at the sides of the helmet, over the wearer's eyes, layer a holographic image over their surroundings, creating a high-quality picture of the user's environment, all rendered in first-person. The visor at the top recieves information from the other armor systems and relays it to the two at the sides, morphing it with the holographic area image, which gives the user full armor integrity and functionality displays.
 
A Jorro'kil-made Combat Membrane features a shielding system composed of special particles, magnetically accelerated by superconductors within the armor. It, along with the rest of the advanced features, is powered by a miniature fission reactor located in the upper posterior segment.  All combat membrane armor offers some extra strength for its users, by the way of special electromagnetic nerve fibers routed through the nanocomposite suit, connecting to the Titanium upper layer. These fibers relay electrical pulses to the various outer armor components, signaling them to, for instance, contract, combining their own strength with that of the alloy's, thus amplifying the wearer's strength.

Naval Force

Ship Classes 
-Frigate:
Light ship used in infantry transport, trade, and supply runs. Rarely seen in space combat. 1500 meters.

-Cruiser:
Common combat class ship often seen during space combat, it is equiped to carry infantry and exo-atmosphere fighters. 2000 meters.

-Battleship:
Battleships are often seen leading cruisers in combat, and are never seen without other ships present. They are slightly better armed and armored than cruisers, have thicker armor, slightly better shielding, and several more missile pods than are present on cruisers. 4500 meters.

-Carrier:
Primarily employed for delivering tanks, infantry, jet fighters, exo-atmosphere fighters, artillery emplacements, etc; not meant to be used in direct ship-to-ship combat. 4000 meters.

-Destroyer:
Uncommon, has thick armor and additionally energy shielding, as well as the Type 759 Prism Lance. This is a tough opponent on the field of battle. 12000 meters.

-Super Destroyer:
Upgraded variant of the Destroyer, only four Super Destroyers exist. One for each of the three main fleets, Glorious War, High Justice, and Royal Protection. One Super Destroyer for use by the Jorro'kil Emperor himself. It is equipped with dual Prism Lances, and a special heavy cannon made to fire bursts of plasma followed by large tungsten rounds.  These ships have the best protection possible, with layers of energy shielding arranged with layers of thick armor. They are costly to maintain, and the rarest sight of all ships. 17000 meters.
 
Fleets

The Jorro'kil Free Absolute has three fleets.
 
Royal Protection
Royal Protection is a fleet of one-hundred-thousand ships, all inside Free Absolute territory. Never is one of this fleet's ships seen outside Jorro'kil territory, but should one enter Jorro'kil space with hostile intentions it is an incredibly formidable opponent. Royal Protection's ships more closely focus on Irooscin and surrounding colonies, and they are seen more rarely in the fringe of Free Absolute territory. On the underside of each ship from Royal Protection, the symbol used on the Jorro'kil flag, an outstretched, black Jorro'kil hand, is present to indicate that the ship is indeed from Royal Protection.
 
The Super Destroyer Honorable Sacrifice leads Royal Protection.
 
High Justice
High Justice consists of one-hundred-thirty-five-thousand ships, and is the most frequently seen by enemies, allies and empires ambivalent towards the Free Absolute. It is the only fleet to contain diplomatic ships, for negotiations and other various agreements between alien races and the Jorro'kil. It is also well-equipped for combat, though not as well as Glorious War. High Justice also has a component in searches for new territory and good locations for outposts.

Glorious War
Glorious war consists of one-hundred-fifty-thousand ships, and is used solely for war purposes. It has no other function than to defend and fight for the Free Absolute, and as such is present in many battles, sometimes alongside ships from High Justice. It is extremely well armed, with weapons ranging from EMP cannons, to Prism Lances, to Xikelic-Jorro'kil Sunbeams.

Strategies/Tactics: During ground combat, an effective stategy for eliminating dug-in opponents is attacking on two sides of the opposition's location, forcing the enemy to withdraw, and keeping that position on both sides, then calling for either an orbital strike, or a strike from Dropships or other air vehicles.
 
One particular strategy is for Jorro'kil to advance on a group of enemy infantry, attack in light force, and then retreat to a predetermined point. The desired effect of this is that the enemy infantry pursue the group. After this is done, a larger, better armed and armored force slowly advances on the enemy, and, taking them by surprise, begins a slaughter.  In addition to this, guerilla forces may be employed to pick off small groups of the enemy before the main attack force can begin its work. It is also possible to use only these guerilla forces if a larger attack force is unavailable.
 
If things become desperate, and no other strategy is working, a charge en masse can be started, where soldiers hurl themselves towards the enemy in the hopes of overrunning them by sheer force. This, however, is a rarely used strategy.
 
One strategy employed by ships in space would be forming a rough circle by aligning five ships each facing outwards and traveling in the same direction via live coordinate sharing, thus allowing each ship to cover the other's flank, and also giving the group full vision and attack direction capability.

Emperor Xyrus
Lead the Jorro'kil Free Absolute for over fifty years, up until his death at the hands of a Dominion assassin, after killing Kradus Kryle.
 
Emperor Xonoc
Son of the former emperor and current emperor of the Jorro'kil Free Absolute, Xonoc left his people at a young age after his mother died, to explore the rest of the galaxy of Ravena. His leaving was done in secrecy, and Emperor Xyrus was very displeased to see that his son had left, fearing he might not return.  Xonoc encountered many aliens, and was the first of any Jorro'kil to see the Karthla. Eventually, after being wounded in an attempt to bring back information regarding a plot to invade Ravena, Xonoc returned to Irooscin, both fortunately and unofortunately. He returned just in time to inherit the throne after Emperor Whoster was killed in battle.
 
Zealot Xej Therus
A highly esteemed warrior, Xej Therus earned the title of Zealot after an act in battle which displayed immense zeal for the Jorro'kil, and his willingness to sacrifice. He has been involved in several high security and high risk missions, including the mission to retrieve the blue Orb, in which he piloted the Warrior's Way, a ship specially designed for the four zealots, all of which were sent on behalf of the Dranzoot Emperor and the Third Arm Confederacy. He, along with Lamor Arius, was able to retreive the blue Orb. During this mission, they encountered the former captain Scree who by this time was known as Ravage.
 
Xej was also present in the mission to find and capture the red Orb, though this time it was only him and Lamor.
Currently, the Zealot is operating under the Overcharge Project along with the Wreae known as Unsilenced Retribution.

Hey Whoster, do you think you could make me some Jorro'kil Black Claw members for Cutting the Wire? I need at least one Jorro'kil member to control the bomb.

The average White Claw member wears a white or cream suit with a white shirt, a black tie, and a white top hat. They also wear energy claws.
