Yil was within 800 Million Reahds. Only five light-years away from Norcius, he picked up the hard-to-make-out message.

By hearing this, he could tell that these aliens, if they were aliens, used a universal language. And, from what he could tell, they were close to Ttolion. "Hmm," The Xikelic messenger said. "It sounds like pandemonium in that ship." Yil couldn't help chuckling for a few seconds. "Yes, it does." He paused. "This is a new alien Empire he haven't heard of before," Yil mused. Another messenger piped up. "Should we contact them?" "Yes, but not until we get to Ttolion. I think their near that planet. The messenger glared at Yil. "But what if their aggressive?" General Yil began to reconsider. "...You're right. Let's message them from here. Head towards Ttolion once they've proven their neutrality."

The Message sent said:
"Greetings, travelers. You are being contacted by the Xikarian Empire. You are on our territory, but you will not be attacked since no sign of aggressiveness has been shown. Please contact us and speak your purpose."

****

Figinaught Hijui quickly realized that his own kind was no longer the one around Ttolion. He risked heading up to the surface base, which so far was intact. The asteroid field created a brilliant view, but Hijui knew from experience that views were usually deceiving. "Osan-Ve," The Friginaught said, pointing towards a strangely-shaped asteroid, "I don't think we're alone." Osan-Ve took a moment to decipher what Hijui had pointed out. "You're right. Do you think it's Yil?" Hijui, after a moment, nodded. "It's not impossible. The only strange thing about it is that it doesn't look LCE Founded." The term 'LCE Founded' usually referred to Xikarian ships. They usually were built off a certain blueprint, making ships look little unlike the other. This ship, however, didn't look familiar at all. "Perhaps we should contact it?" Hijui asked. "Hijui, I think we're stranded, in a sense." The Figinaught turned to the right, and noticed the nearby contact tower. A small asteroid had dented itself on one of the support beams, and the tower had collapsed. Hijui began to panic. "L-Let's just go into the bunker and wait for someone."

The Trio entered the elevator, stepping back so that nobody would be shoved when Celena squeezed through the opening. Ravage was a bit nervous. Did the Jorro'kil accept soldiers that weren't of their species? She didn't know. Allies, maybe, but not likely soldiers. But what could she ask of them? She had no empire to which she pledged loyalty. The Jorro'kil were as good as any she could choose to assist. Besides, if anything, she might have to fight to get them to not protect her. A surviving species of the Chimerosu would not be overlooked easily.

Samir was somewhat worried. He was no longer concerned for Ravage. There would be no blood to make her lose control. However, he had volunteered information on...that race....that didn't like to meet outsiders. They were even older than the Grox, and they lived in a large ring that circled the galaxy's outer rim. Of course, nobody could see their planets. Their planets didn't even orbit stars. They just floated there, and they relied on volcanic energy to stay warm, their cities below the planet's surface. And they were so smart, that they had managed to make it so that nobody could see the planets, even if they passed right by them. Their entire territory was invisible, by what means Samir could not grasp.

As the elevater ascended, the specialist Jorro'kil noticed Ravage looked somewhat worried, not to mention nervous. He lightly tapped her on the shoulder.

"Excuse me, but you look....anxious. Is something wrong?" He asked,

Ravage looked up, "Well, it is actually quite silly. I am built to fight, Sir, not just mentally, but now physically, as well. I am not aware if your people will let us help them. I fear that my species and Samir's may be our downfall. We did not come here to be locked away, for fear of the extinction of our race. We are not animals, but even intelligent races may fall victim to the good intentions of preserving their kind." Ravage was not going to let the fact that she was the last female of her race get in the way of fighting.

"There's a message coming in!" Bob exclaimed. Riley read it. "Oh, uh.... okay, open communications." Riley ordered

This was his message: "Hi, I...uh...this is Emperor General Captain Riley of the Rylonian Empire. I see that you heard our message, sorry for the screaming robots, I... I guess that I intercepted one of your inter-stellar messages, because it showed up as a taxt one my SMRT-phone. We wouldn't want to act aggressively, just had a terrible encounter with the Jorro'kil, ugly beings, hope someone eradicates them, OH, I'm acting aggressively, aren't I? Well, I was just feeling adventurous and felt like coming, sooo... yeah, hope we can be friends. Maybe we can talk? Well, thanks for listening, I guess. I'm really terrible at voicemails... So.. bye."

"Alright, it's sent. And by the way, you are terrible at voicemails." Bob said. "I know." said Riley.

And somehow through all this chaos, Riley's slave was still asleep.

Yil hesitated about replying. This was always a tricky situation: What do you do when a new race hates your ally? And when you're not war-prone, that makes it harder.

"Ahem. Let's set up a live transmission." He ordered the messenger. The Messenger sent the aliens a Live Transmission request. So far, all the transmissions sent had been sent at their own accord. "Let's hope to Dontis that they don't mind the Jorro'killian alliance," He muttered.

The Specialist looked puzzled.

"Hmm...I don't think we would lock you up, For many reasons I can see no point or need for that. I believe if you want to fight, we can find a position for you but this must be mentioned at the meeting. The Governer is eager to meet you, I hear." He said.

Just then the elevator doors opened, and this time the Specialist walked ahead of the trio. He approached a pair of doors, these opened only one way. On the front of them were two symbols which traslated into the letters "I" and "D" He walked in, and spoke to the receptionist at the front desk.

"I've got the trio, the Chimerosu and the......Du'rakk, I forgot it's species name." He said to the receptionist. She grinned slightly.

"All that official business wearing you down?" She asked.

"Aah... maybe. It's all very tedious. I guess you have a mild interpretation of it, Jeza. All those xenomorphs and such, coming in here for I.D badges. " He replied.

"Well, in a way it never gets old, heh. Well, I'll go notify the taggers, as I call them, to get their I.D's ready." She replied, referring to the trio.

Celena nodded, "Okay." For the most part, she had probably been the most quiet during the entire small adventure she was having. The Jorro'kil were really smart. She could tell very easily. However, what an ID was, she wasn't sure. Summonagon walked a fine line between primitive and intelligent. They were ancient, but just barely a space-faring race.

"Ohh.. Live chat, cool." Riley said. He accepted.

"Hi! How are you today?" Riley asked. "Sorry, my plasma screen isn't working, sooo, this'll only be talking."

He waited for the response.

After a few minutes wait, the receptionist returned with I.D tags in her hand, one for Ravage, one for Celena, and one for Samir. They each began with "Hello, my name is:" and ended with either Ravage, Celena, or Samir's first name.

She handed them each their own. "These are your identification tags, or I.D tags for short. Make sure not to lose them."

The Rylonian was being informal. Yil didn't think it was wrong to be informal at times like this, he just considered it a bit childish. He responded.

"Greetings, Emperor Riley of the Rylonians. You are being contacted by General Yil Vaa of the Xikarian Empire. You are welcome in our territory, as long as no aggressive actions are commenced. According to our radar, you are near our outpost planet of Ttolion. We were approaching this particular planet, so when we're within range of your... SMRT-Phone, we'd like to receive the message. We suspect that it came from Ttolion, and I am still awaiting a status report from a fellow Xikarian on the planet." As he waited for a response, Yil ordered the ship to move forward. Soon, Yil will meet Riley's ship face-to-face.

"Ooooookay." Riley said, as the ship drew closer. "BOB!" Riley screamed. "WHAT!" Bob replied. "WHY ARE WE YELLI... wait, I'm not starting this again. Give this message to the Xiklarians...or whatever they are, they seem nice enough, and tell them that if there is anything to do to help with that poor planet's condition, I can do it." Riley ordered, pointing at a distant globe continually being battered with smaller, grey specks.

Yil received the message, and listened carefully. "Okay, good. Thank you, Emperor. And as for the help, we'd be happy to accept any assistance possible with these asteroids." By now, Ttolion's weak heat signature began to show up on the battleship's infrared scanner. They were able to see many asteroids around it, which had pretty much been chasing Ttolion for millions of years, much like the Jovian moons and Jupiter in the Sol star system, which the Xikarians were unaware of. "It looks like those asteroids finally caught up with Ttolion," The general muttered to himself. Suddenly, the infrared scanner picked up a spot of hear, which Yil figures was Riley's ship.

Samir nodded, "Very well," He turned to the Specialist, "Where do we go next?" He asked, now attempting to mask his anxiety regarding the race he had volunteered information on. It was truly dangerous to deal with them, and if they delayed, his thoughts might run amok, and then he would miss something important.

(Sorry for taking so long... Light-speed lag and such. ;D )

"Thank you." Riley started to giggle at the thought of what he was about to say. " Just please contact the planet and say that I will be approaching them, and that I mean no harm. Even if I launch any missiles... They're not aimed at the planet, most likely they'll be for the asteroids." Riley said, having gotten the giggles out of his system. "And perhaps later, we can do a little diplomacy... " He tried to say as formal as possible, realizing that the giggling must have carried over to the Xikarian's ship.

Giggling? Why are they giggling...? He ignored it after several seconds. Ttolion was now in veiw, and Yil guessed that the tiny speck surrounded by asteroids was the Rylonian starship. Yil added, suddenly remembering what the Rylonian said afterwords, "Well, yes. Let's have a meeting later on."

He tried to contact the planet, but no reply came. Yil sighed. "I see it. I actually see the base, and it's intact. Is the pole damaged or something?" Getting over it, Yil commanded the tractor beams to be activated. With the Rylonians, they threw the larger, more life-threatening asteroids out of orbit. "Alright, we're done with that. We should probably check on Hijui...."

(I really need to get this together, I need to spend less time on minecraft and more here.)

"Can I see I can land on the planet?" Riley asked. "Maybe I would be able to put an electro-magnetic field over the base. It would probably get the asteroids we haven't deflected and push it off to the side. Then maybe we could discuss diplomatic subjects in a nice and safe building." He concluded, suddenly feeling the need to be formal.

General Yil was pleased with their progress. Over time, he had personally liked these Rylonians. The Xikarians always loved the prospect of allies, and he was sure that most of his superiors would agree. Over the live transmission, he spoke to Emperor Riley. "Emperor, you have no need to assist, for you are our guest." Right as he finished the sentence, his second-in-command ordered Xikelic starkhonauts (astronauts) to land at Hijui's base and repair the communication pole.

Yil continued, "Although I am in no place to give orders to a higher figure such as yourself, Emperor, I would personally suggest docking our ships together, or even just negotiate in the chat. You may choose a negotiation spot yourself, however; I am open to suggestions."

Being one to enjoy architecture, the Emperor asked politely if it would be okay to talk on the planet. "Only if you think that it is safe, of course." He added.

"No, Emperor, I do not think it is safe..." Yil warned, glancing down at the planet. He continued, "Our only base is damaged... I wouldn't recommend Ttolion for a variety of reasons." Yil grabbed a microphone from the LC desk, and began walking around the bridge while speaking.

"I suggest Docking, or live-communifacation." Yli suggested.

***

Hijui was beckoned to the dome of the base, realizing that the Xikelic starship Brady had arrived. To his left, he notices starkonaughts working to raise the communifacation pole. One of them knocked on the glass and waved in a teasing manner. Hijui crossed his arms, but smiled in amusement.
