This is the OOC section for the next events in the war between the System and the Su'th.

After the IC has been posted, Shadow you are in charge of making the first post detailing your people doing their signalling as we discussed.

RAVENA YEAR: 51,766, 2 weeks after System-Su'th first contact

SYSTEM SPACE ASSETS PARTICIPATING:
3x Type-71 Battlecruisers
-Appearance and Dimensions: 5 miles long (8.02 km), rather blocky warships with four large 'wings' on the back carrying their large main engines. They taper down towards the bow in steps, and are covered in purple-grey pain that affords limited passive stealth.
-Capabilities: Type-71s are high acceleration, long range warships that also carry battleship firepower, sacrificing armor to do so. They specialize in long range combat with FTL missiles as well as normal naval guns and missiles. They also carry a compliment of 320 fighters, 2 dropships, and numerous tactical transports. This enables them to perform limited ground engagement operations. During combat, they are capable of jamming and interdicting enemies to heavily reduce their combat effectiveness.

SYSTEM GROUND ASSETS PARTICIPATING:
1x Hunter Unit, Unit 6-108001/1
-Appearance and Dimensions: 7 feet (2.1 m) tall, somewhat bulky humanoid, covered in matte dark grey paint.
-Capabilities: Hunter units are controlled by a quantum AI skilled in multiple advanced hand to hand combat protocols, tactics, and use of just about any weaponry it runs accross. Sensory wise, it has electromagnetic and gravimetric field sensors, hyperspectral vision, and sensitive audio and olfactory sensors. Its electromagnetic drivers allow it to move extremely fast (max run speed 60 mph) and it can punch through concrete blocks fairly easily and lift several tons. For protection, it has 15 megajoule shielding (requires an autocannon to break) as well as some armor, which can withstand some small arms fire. It carries a cloaking device system which couples with the shield and chemical and sonic systems to hide it from visible, infrared, and ultraviolet vision as well as hearing and smell. The paint is able to change colors for camouflage and absorbs radiation for some passive stealth. It carries onboard mini missiles and arm laser, as well as external coilgun sniper rifle and 6 thermonuclear grenades.

canis, please edit your OOC and IC to include the comma in the Ravena year. It's 51,766. 51766 just looks confusing.

Are you aware that we can't really stand on those? Or did you mean in the atmosphere of it?

Oh yeah I meant it like the atmosphere full of gas.

I was thinking, and I want your thought on this, to make the gas electromagnetic of some sort that makes radars or sensors rather difficult but it won't affect any circuit. (Not like what an EMP does... more like making the devices not accurate)

A jungle setting will cut down on the effectiveness of a lot of sensors. You don't really need electromagnetic storms (which would cause EMP effects )

Appearance and Dimensions: 8 feet tall, 4 feet large back, armor divided into various fractions. Broken helmet, mask over the scars. Front shock absorber on the chest and feet. Glowing red eyes.

Capabilities: Cloaking device, Personal shield generator, retroactive shield device on it's left arm, flaming sword. Auto-repair, high resistance towards heat.

Shadow, do you understand that if you are detonating enough nuclear weapons to destroy 200 square kilometers, and said nukes are placed around the edge of the combat arena to keep us in, then the blast from said nukes would kill both of our combatants?

Also, if you are blowing up 1/20th of the mass of the planet, then you will destroy more than 200 square kilometers and we both still die.

Last, the nuclear grenade is enough to destroy a modern day Humvee. It at least is powerful enough to drop and energy shielding and most likely would completely obliterate Leviathan.

It won't be enough to obliterate Leviathan.

Changed nuclear part, I dont remember writing 1/20th of the planet part.

Not the edge, on the would be the EMPes. At the speed the Hunter goes, it would barely notice what is going to happen until the bombs unloads.

Leviathan won't die because of the dome.

Read again.

If you think that, you don't understand the power of explosives. The only reason you would survive is due to your shield.

Perhaps you should draw a map of the arena, since your post is also confusing as to where we are in relation to each other.
For reference I was about 100 feet away when the grenade went off and then I kept running to the forest edge

The moment you reached the forest edge, you are doom as it is. The dome would raise and the place would set to "fire"

That is exactly what i said, Leviathan survived due to it's shield and the rest of the stuff.

I don't need to give many details of the distance of the arena as you were specific that you pass through the arena limits and reached (or continued) to the forest's / Jungle's regions. (Treeline)

Summarize, Leviathan isn't dead, your Hunter unit reached the end of trial center mass, reached the treeline or further more, the dome was set up and Hunter's side is rather bombarded by Leviathan's traps.

Alright, this is a pretty blatant asspull. You should've said a lot earlier that they were holographic decoys if you were planning on doing that.
In addition, a hologram of a ship might visibly look like a ship, but it wouldn't fool the RADAR, TADAR, and gravimetric sensors that the battlecruisers all have and are constantly using since they have to navigate around in addition using them to sense the Su'th vessels in the first place.

The probes generate enough energy and difference on the gravimetric sensors to simulate a very alike Cruiser on stand by.

And no, I don't actually needed to say it before, just like the EMP, the bombs, and the area full of traps.

In order for that to work you need to successfully simulate the following for the THREE ships you said you sent:
-gravimetric signature
-specific and somewhat unique emission signature from your engines
-thermal signature
-Radar (and variants) signature
-comm and sensor signatures outgoing from your ship

You might be able to simulate most of these, including the gravimetric signature, which you didn't even mention. But you won't be able to resolve the fact that your ships are giant holograms, so things like radar will go right through them, and it will make everyone else suspicious. Each one of the returns from each of those signatures must be pretty much spot on, otherwise your ship will be identified as fake.

And yes you should've mentioned it if you were going to pull stuff like this, same with the traps and dome, because I might've had a chance to detect them, especially with you supposedly fake ships. It also makes it look a lot less suspicious when you try do whip out something like this.

Not with enough drones set up on the strategics points needed.

And no, I would have say that there was any kind of trap but most of them were set at the inside of the forest, which we say before, the forest disables the radars of your ships thanks to its density. (or something alike) So no way to find out with radars, only by activating them.

Cither do not emit heat if they lower their power energy, which they mostly do if they are doing an operation, or, trying to pass unnoticed.
