The sleeper roared as it was pounded with rounds. Each one made it stagger slightly. The mandibles around it's mouth made a cluttering noise and the huge, 8 ft beast stalked towards the Jorro'kil. It's bone blade had a range of about a metre and a half. It was so far, five meters away from the enemy. The shots kept coming but very few drew blood. It's thick armour was doing it's job. The monster spat venom at the soldiers but it didn't penetrate the armour. But, it had gotten within three meters of the Jorro'kil. One more step... A shot hit the monsters shoulder and silver blood flew in all directions, but was concentrated behind it. It took a step. In range. The huge organic sword came down on a Jorro'kil. The armour was sliced open but no actual damage to the bird.

The soldier now had a huge slash across his chest armor, which meant his Personal shields most likely wouldn't recharge. He rolled out of the way after recieving the blow, and continued firing from behind the monster. Obviously their attacks weren't doing much damage, so the officer in charge of the troops issues an order over the COMM.

"All units concentrate fire on its head and joints."

They did.

The beast turned as it's shoulders and elbows where pounded. Then, a shot hit one of it's six eyes. Silver blood came off. The monster fell to it's knees. Another shot to the neck made it fall to it's palm. One more to the head. Blood came out in a fountain as the monsters brain died. The corpse fell like a bag of bricks.

The Infantry remained fixed on the dead creature, incase it wasn't actually dead.
The officer slowly moved up to it, checked its pulse and breathing, and, since there were neither, spoke. "It's dead. Better get the Scientists in 'ere. They'll be interested in this..."

"I was thinking about a military alliance of sorts," Chief General Barborin stated. "You scratch our back, we scratch yours. If you get into any kind of militaristic trouble, contact us and we'll help you out. However, you have to follow through the other way around. We could also trade and study the technology of each other."

The Diplomat smiled slightly.

"Similar to what I had in mind, That would be a good agreement. So, let us discuss the terms of this Military Alliance." Said the Diplomat.

"We have made alliances like this several times in the past, however I wish to discuss the limitations and allowances. I believe we, the Jorro'kil would be most comfortable only trading small arms at first, as you, as must we, earn the trust of eachother. The proposition of help in any Military skirmish from either race is indeed what I would have had in mind for a Military Alliance." Said the Diplomat

The three Manaclaws detected a heavy Jorro'kil presence around this area. And the death of a sleeper was unnerving. They sent out a transmission to the galaxy Drainer. Reinforcements where coming to help destroy the Ryun for their arrogance.

But the Forlarm would never allow this. A race as advanced as them could get there before the KGI from a greater distance. They where advanced yes, but had no knowledge of the galaxy. They where naïve. Yet, they had style. Everything they built or designed was gorgeously elegant. Especially the Elegnatal, which was preparing to remove the KGI's coming attack on the Ryun

Suddenly, to the half-surprise of everyone (As Scry stated above the JL's heavy presence nearby would most certainly be partially detected without stealth tech) 100 ships, all of Jorro'kil origin, gracefully glided out of dozens of slipspace portals. They surrounded the weak fleet of three Manaclaw cruisers. With the massive fleet's weapons charged, glowing an angry red, they simaltaneously discharged the energy, straight in the direction of the Manaclaw cruisers.

(Tell me if you want me to change this post so they haven't fired yet)

(no that's fine.)

The Manaclaws where overwhelmed. Very little could survive that and the Manaclaws whereny among it. They tried to fire back but it was futile. The ships exploded in a deep blue flame. Self destruction. But the rest was coming. An invasion fleet, fronted by a dreadnought. Fifteen Manaclaws appeared behind the ring of jorro'kil cruisers. The dreadnought sat behind and was almost three times the size of the Manaclaws. The devilish presence was impressive, if doomed.

The Elegnatal used trademark space warp technology to basically teleport into the middle of the KGI force. All you would see on those evil ships was a flash of White and gold quick glimpse of the beautiful enemy ship. And them death. The Elegnatal sent out a sphere of translucent gold energy that incinerated everything it touched. Sadly, that was the ships only major weapon other then anti fighter batteries. It was, in reality, a diplomatic ship. The Forlarm on board where waiting for a transmission from the Jorro'kil. Obviously a powerful race. That fleet was a sight to behold. Not very elegant but impressive still. Maybe some diplomacy.

Xentax laughed at how quickly the Kar'Geualiea ships were destroyed.

"They are so mighty and powerful? I think not. They have tampered with the wrong force, and for that they will be destroyed, all of them, eventually, the KGI will perish."

Xentax said this outloud to no one in particular, because he just felt like saying it.

He then turned to one of the crew.

"Crewman, open communications with the unknown xenomorphs. They destroyed those Kar reinforcements quite easily. I wish to speak to them.

"Yes Sir." Was the reply. "COM link open."

Xentax spoke into the COM.

"Who are you, who has so easily destroyed these Kar? Where did you come from?"

Forlarm had a strange way of speaking. Instead of emanating sound like the Kar, or using a mouth like most, they transmitted the sound straight into the minds of others. It was a disturbing experience. Their Comms simply sent the Forlarm sound/brain waves to a far place.

Captain Quill turned his single eye to the holo coms. Birds. Hmm. Quills head tendrils twitched. He was excited. Being a high council member, quill could say any diplomatic thing he wanted.

"Greetings" he said through to the jorro'kils minds. The whole command bridge would get the voice in their heads. An angelic voice. Calm and soothing. "We are the Forlarm, age old enemies of the Kar'Geualiea. Who are you?"

"What in the name of Ieegar is going on out there!" General Barborin shouted, frantically trying to contact the JL ships. The JL diplomats also seem confused, watching a news vid screen that showed the space battle between the Jorro'kil, The Kar'Geualiea, and the Forlarm.
"Send out a Dreadnought and a couple cruisers, and the Freedom to show diplomacy to these newcomers, whatever they are. But, if they're hostile, they die.

Quill looked at the on coming dreadnought and cruisers. funny. They saw the forlarm power and they where being aggressive. Quill opened communications to the ryun.

"Hello newcomers, by the way, when meeting a new race, dont point a gun at them. we are peaceful to you. but if we werent, wed burn you." Quill laughed "To both of you, we are new to this time. After millions of years captured we are unaware of the current ploitics. We also need friends. We are currently sending you asample of our technology in a peace offering." Quill sent the plans for an energy rifle made to destroy kar'geualiea technology.

The Diplomat rubbed the tip of his beak.

"Very strange. Unusual to see a fleet of ours that size unless....Oh dear." He said.

"It must be Xentax. He's done it again...." Said the Diplomat. He was of course referring to Xentax's pride and destructive behavior. His missin was to catch any Kar fleet, not totally destroy it.

"I hope he saved atleast some of the crew.." The Diplomat thought to himself.

Meanwhile.....

What the heck is going on?! Xentax shouted. The crew looked just as mystified.
The strange voice asked them who they were.

"Must be some sort of mind communication. weird." Said Xentax.

"Forlarm eh? We're the Jorro'kil, Conquerers of the galaxy, enemies of the Kar'Geualiea for some time."

General Barborin had to stifle a laugh at the Forlarm's comment. "We're not being aggressive... Forlarm, is it? You're technically in our territory, and from what we've learnt thus far, it's not a good idea to shoot within another empire's system. The dreadnought is... A safety precaution. I'd like to thank you, however, for getting rid of those pesky Kar'Geualiea. Is there any way we can help each other on this day?"

"Our people are an ancient race. We where there during the birth of the Grox and watched them grow. We have been at war with the Kar'Geualiea for millennia. But we where sealed away in our bubble galaxy above the core which acts like a distant sixth arm. We waited and grew our technologies, oblivious to the current politics. We would like gain a string relationship with a local race so you can teach us, and us teach you." Quill told the history very dramatically. He waited for it to sink in. "We bring gifts of wealth and technology. And will now protect you from the relentless kar'geualiea. You would be almost a sport to them. Have you anything to say?"

"Hm, interesting." Said Xentax. "I would hardly say the Jorro'kil are a sport to the Kar, but, You wish to be informed of the past years of war, of the things which have gone on? We can do this." He continued: "The Jorro'kil have been here since the start of this war, however we would be quite willing to learn all we can about the Kar'Geuealiea. We would need such information to find them, Ruthless War. offers many places tom hide with all the Conflicts ongoing, as well as the vastness of space."

Commander Xentax put emphasis on the word "Ruthless" to draw curiosity from the Forlarm.

He stood silent for a moment aboard his Destroyer's bridge. The walls were a Grey-white color, with square patterns along the middle and black and grey lines going both horizontally and vertically. Some of them had built-in terminals for the crew or the Commander to access. His Destroyer and 100 ship fleet was a division of the Fleet of Glorious War. Like him, many of the Commanders of this fleet, even Shipmaster Korume Xaive himself were prideful, aggressive and destruction-loving, more-so than the Commanders of the Fleet of High Justice.

"We might be new to the galaxy, but we are not a sport to any other race. From what I've seen, we are the weakest. Your history is interesting, and I believe that this friendship may be helpful in the long run. I am glad to see you are on our side, Forlarm, and the same for you, Jorro'kil. I feel that these alliances together, can be unmatched in the galaxy with time." Barborin spoke.

(Barborin is on the Ryun ship, right? Or is he listening back with the Diplomat?)

Meanwhile, the Diplomat was listening to all this via COMM link to Commander Ni-yerx, who had recently updated a COMM link to Commander Xentax. Ni-Yerx hadn't spoken a word, he had been taking all this in. The same for the Diplomat.

Meanwhile...

"Yes, indeed." Said Xentax. "Perhaps the Forlarm would make a very good ally." This he thought to himself.

Quill leant back in his command chair. The suction cups on the end of his six fingers popped together. The two tendrils at the back of his head relaxed and unfolded. He picked up his blue and White, elegant staff. It had a White handle that turned into small strands at the top and curled around a blue orb. This was going well. Quill blinked his eye. Quill tapped a blue button and the 40 million dollars was sent to both the Jorro'kil and the Ryun.

Back at the Jorro'kil Homeworld, Irooscin.....

The Emperor was pacing back and forth. His son had just left a private meeting with him, so the Emperor Whoster could make sure he was fine and everything, as well as convincing Xonoc to stay a while before he left again, if he decided to leave.

Suddenly a blue box on his desk started to flash black, so he immediately clicked the "Check savings" button. The box was a keeper of the empire's spending credits.

The reason it was flashing black was because, it had just recieved 40 million credits.

"What....." said Emperor Whoster, almost astounded. This wasn't all that much money, but still to suddenly recive that much from an unknown source was very strange.

Xej slowly walked through the dead bushes, closer and closer to Kradus. His sword glowing red, his armor barely shining from the light reflected by the water, coming from the full moon. He crept closer and closer, continually unaware of Raik's prescence, until after clearing a bush, saw him. A large, spikey figure, obviously a Zraak. It seemed to be taunting Kradus, throwing insults and harsh words at him.

"Who is that?" Xej thought to himself.

"What on Dranus?" whispered Lamor in confusion. "Who is that? He's a Zraak! How in the galaxy could he ever gain the courage to insult his own master!"

Kradus began to close his eyes. He was well aware of his surrounding, minus the presence of Lamor and Xej. He was completely relaxed knowing the in the waters below was his mongrul pet the Aldut who was now changing from the chemicals Kradus had dumped in the water.

"Whoever it is is most likely a rebel." He moved closer.

"Now's a time as good as any." Said Xej. He held up his sword, and jumped through the grass and bushes, up where Kradus and Raik could see him.

Kradus heard running and opened his eyes in shock. He turned around letting his black cape scrape his face as it passed so fast. He saw Xej and smiled. He activated his retractable blades. Plasma filled the cores of each blade to make a hot slice that could cut metal.

"Hello Xej and Lamor" Kradus said as Lamor emerged from the bushes. "Perhaps I bashed your heads a bit too hard. You've come crawling back to your own doom?" asked the evil overlord.

Planet Pippyus, a neutral spaceport in the fifth galactic arm. Having no empire governing it, Pippyus would get no help if there was an invasion. The small defence team of volunteers have no motivation. The orbital defences don't actually work. And yet, this is still one of the most popular spaceports in the galaxy. People from all races go there to refuel and socialise. Four main cities and dozens of outpost towns blot the landscape. But, a Kardesh infestation would go unthreatened. And it did.

It took three days for the Kardesh matter to form into an organic fortress. A huge wall of the flesh surrounded a mass of towers and castles made from Kardesh matter. It crawled with Kardesh forms and produced a horde of soldiers to destroy all life on the planet. The resistance failed. The largest city fell. Thousands died. Thousands where infected. New forms heaved from this planets. And the three cities will fall.

A new Kardesh form walked upto an outpost. A defender charged at the huge hulking beast. It was humanoid and had an armoured head. The monster had a secret though. The defender carried an energy sword and cut the monster in half. He thought it was dead. The monsters legs squirmed back to it's upper body and it re-sealed. The monster stood up in one piece, unaffected.
